I think if I met someone, a friend of mine had a child and they weren't happy with the care they were getting, I would suggest that, firstly I would want to know if they were seeing a specialist and I would think if they weren't seeing a specialist, that they weren't happy with their specialist that they should ask for a second opinion. I think that it's vital that you find someone that has got the expertise to give you the medical advice but also has the personality that you can work with too.
