Learning that someone you care for has epilepsy can be upsetting and feel daunting. It can be difficult for you to feel confident leaving your child with a carer other than yourself.
You may feel that there's so much to remember to tell people about a child's epilepsy and it can be worrying to think you may have forgotten something.
The teacher information and babysitter information resources provide you with a form that you can give to any of your child's carers which explains about their seizures and what they should do if your child has a seizure while in their care.
These simple forms will act as a prompt, allowing you to list the most relevant information that a carer will require, ensuring you don't forget anything important.
