Immensely, before I had the diagnosis of epilepsy I was a very active, cheerful woman.
I was every time outside with my friends on parties, I did everything.
And then the diagnosis came and at the first time I thought I lost all those activities but I had a choice, either I can fall down in a large dark hole or I could integrate the illness in my life and that's what I did.
I go to my friends and go to my club meetings, and stood in front of them and said 'hello I have epilepsy, do you want to hear about it? Have you any questions?' and the questions came flowing out and so I have integrated the epilepsy in my life and it was a very good start.
