First, I would recommend her to go back to the doctor and ask him for appointment that maybe is a little bit longer than ten minutes and then talk with him about the general relationship between doctors and their patients and maybe ask him to change it into a dialogue and not only a monologue where both sides are having a discussion where they are equal and if he's not willing to do this change the doctor, that's what I would recommend.
