What would you say to someone who has just learnt that they have epilepsy?I would say okay this is not a good notice and I know at the first moment it really does suck but then secondly I would recommend them to find people who maybe can help them in this period of time who can support them, maybe also people who have epilepsy and don't give up because in the beginning you're just on the floor you're so down about it and you're afraid but sometimes fears are even bigger than the condition itself so try to get control over those fears because epilepsy practically to be really rational divides in two parts, there's one part the condition itself which you can hardly change and then there's the other part and that's your way of dealing with this and that you can change 100%.
