Go to your doctor, you know, make a list of what you want to know - because usually when you are in front of the doctor you forget to ask the question and it's when you leave that you think, "Oh gosh I forgot to ask this, I forgot to ask that."
Sometimes they have the impression also that the doctor doesn't take time enough for them and what I usually suggest also is that well let's start at the beginning, what answers would you like to know?
Usually what I advise them to do is say call your doctor, make an appointment and ask him I would like to see not for an EEG or anything like that, just so that we can talk together, that you can answer my questions where you can give me a little more time than usually - and it works most of the time, I´ve never seen any doctor refuse that and it makes things so much simpler sometimes because it's also voiced out and some times it makes things clearer for them also.
