While there is life, there is hope. Never stop believing in yourself.

After a head injury from an automobile accident, I experienced absence seizures which alarmed my wife. I was in denial until a tonic clonic seizure forced me to see a doctor.
I am working hard now to dispel myths about epilepsy, to make it easier for others to know what it is and what it is not.
Though it can be a struggle, it´s important to get the right treatments and to find support from others. I´ve been lucky to have the support of my wife and coworkers. As an Epilepsy Ambassador I share my experience and encourage understanding about living well with epilepsy.
Ask us your questions and we'll work with healthcare experts and epilepsy ambassadors to find the answers. Or you can share your story to help others.
Please do not send us medical information as this can only be answered by your treating physician.Read more
