At what point did you realise you had to change the way you dealt with your epilepsy?

There was a point that I was so frustrated about everything that was going on in my life and I didn't know what to blame for it. I knew my epilepsy was playing a big role in this whole situation. It was I think at the moment, for me I discovered that there had to be a life beyond epilepsy with living with epilepsy and not living in it or let epilepsy control my life.
