Facing your first visit with your doctor can be a worrying time and ensuring you remember everything that has happened to you between doctor's visits can be very challenging. Your doctor will want to know if anything has changed - have you been getting more seizures than you used to? Have your symptoms changed in any way? Have you had any new problems with side effects from your treatment?
Booklets have been developed to help you record the changes that have taken place between visits and to provide suggestions on how to talk to your doctor.
The booklets will help to make your consultation more constructive and interactive.
Take a look at the following - and don't leave home without them.
